| Bookings for this service should be made in advance. They must be for specific days during term time. This means if you book for example Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays then your cost will be £39 per week and you will have use of the service for these days. If you go on holiday during term time, or if your child is off sick, or the school closes i.e. due to bad weather you are still required to pay for this service. Please complete the booking form below, care plans and the registration forms. If your child is going into P1 can you also complete the transition document. If your child is on medication please also complete the necessary form. These can be either emailed to happylittlepeopleafterschoolcare@yahoo.co.uk or handed in to the service. Can you also complete the electronic booking form which ensures that we put in place a fair booking system to ensure that spaces are given on a first comes basis. |
